Pros

The office location is great and includes paid parking.

Cons

The company has a high turnover rate, and the work culture is broken. Executive management lacks clear leadership and accountability, often leading with good initiatives but failing to deliver and execute. Management continues to fail by repeating the same strategies while ignoring feedback from employees.

Pros

Ability for remote work setting The day to day people you work with are great Decent work/life balance

Cons

Little support from corporate, often with spotty communication handed down from them to the operating units. Normally OUs are blindsided if corporate actually is involved. A lot of individuals laid off without explanation after years of dedication. Very poorly run by corporate with overextension of company acquisitions - without any clue how to fully manage it at all. CEO sure was quick to place blame on the OU management for their shortcomings (corporate) on company calls, though. Corporate would ask for feed back from employees as if they cared/would take this feedback into account but rarely if ever is that the case. Tried to offshore work to India (likely as a cost saving measure) which resulted in hours upon hours of training to these individuals that don’t have the necessary skills to complete tasks and resulting in poor quality work, despite how detailed the training sessions were. Nearly two years of no raises, or other monetary recognition. was told point blank they don’t acknowledge cost of living adjustments.
