Pros

Connect Search will find the best fit for your qualifications and skill set in a timely manner. Some recruiters frown upon gaps in employment, however Connect Search makes the most out of your work history and skills and presents them in a way that the gap in employment won't matter. I have been able to gain valuable experience that I did not expect at my mid-level career.

Connect Search found me a temporary position as I transitioned between career paths. Their hard work and efforts allowed me to stay in Chicago and advance my career. It allowed me to access the skills I needed for the future

Cons

The only downside was the job was not located in downtown Chicago.
