Pros
1) Connect Search has a true “Team Environment”. I have worked at other recruiting firms and this is exponentially a more positive, supportive and energetic atmosphere. When issues arise it is a team approach to help solve a problem. When someone is achieving success, it is celebrated! The partner team and management team is consistently striving to train and coach for success. It is by far the best environment I have worked in.
2) Connect Search has more business (jobs) opportunities to work on then most firms. This directly leads to compensation and the potential to make more money here than most other firms. The opportunity for a recruiter to help their candidate’s find the right job, with best in class clients, is excellent, the volume speaks to the relationships we have with our clients and the amount of opportunity we can provide candidates. It’s a win/win.
3) It is a wonderful place to work as the leadership of the firm are working managers/leaders, and they lead by example, lead in production and help others achieve the same success. Our Mangers performance, personalities and team work commands respect and sets the tone for the group.
4) GROWTH! Connect Search is a growing firm. One if the first questions I was asked in my initial interview was how I wanted to grow with the company. The group has promoted over 9 employees in to newly created management roles since I have started. It is a great opportunity to grow and develop a career.
5) Connect Search is not a micromanaged firm. Production creates success.
6) Connect Search is Fun!! Quarterly events to celebrate success and hard work including outings such as: Arlington Race Track, Distillery tours, group outings, and volunteer opportunities.
Cons
One of the only negative things I can think of about Connect Search is that I have so much fun with my co-workers that sometimes we end up staying late just catching up or going for a happy hour.
