horrible PTO policy, seperate office buildings means some minor disconnect amongst departments

Seems like management has no problem expressing who their favorites are and who they least like. Do not like the bully tactics used by the higher ups.

Dream turned into a nightmare

Pros

Exposure to lots of technology. Fast paced environment that won't allow for stagnation. Lunch and snacks provided. Lots of great co-workers.

Cons

Questionable ethics. Employee computers loaded with spyware to monitor usage (key logging, screen recording, network interception, etc). CEO seems to be bi-polar with extreme swings in mood and affect. Lots of great people that seem broken by the company and just accept their lot in life, like this is the normal way you run a company.
