Pros

Very intelligent, young and vibrant workforce. Very unique environment with a company that truly cares for its colleagues. Really gives you the feeling of working for a startup, but with the perks and stability of work for a company that has been around sinced 1982 and is very financially sound.

Cons

Being a more recently founded company that is growing extremely quickly, there are some growing pains, but they are mostly to be expected.

Seems that many slackers get by with everything, whereas some very hard workers are totally unappreciated.

Pros

Stable, quickly growing company. Free lunch in the deli every day, and great location with restaurants around if you feel like eating out.

Cons

Some in Management seem to not really care about the employees under them. Lots of free overtime work with rarely a thank you ever being said.

Pros

They have a very casual dress code, many of the people are good to work with

Cons

Software Architecture is very questionable, management has a very poor understanding of actual performance...you get things like free lunch but at the expense of standard holidays such as Friday after Thanksgiving
