Pros
Connecteam is more than a workplace; it's a place where I feel I belong, I'm accepted and appreciated, and I constantly grow on the personal, social, and professional levels.
Socially, the company is very not formal/PC. Maybe because I work in the Israeli office and that's how it is culturally, but employees feel comfortable approaching any level of management as if they're approaching a friend. That makes communication flow and ideas run smoothly amongst colleagues and across departments.
As opposed to what the case was before I was hired, ever since I started working there, I feel like the company significantly improved in its work-life balance.
Personally, it's a very parent-friendly company, and my specific role and my manager's understanding allow me flexibility in my work schedule where I can invest enough time in my role and take care of personal family matters.
Professionally, the company is constantly moving forward at a fast pace, which requires me to adapt to change fast but also grows fast, as there are always changes that require me to think outside the box and think differently. There are always growth opportunities as long as you give your best performance and show interest in growing within the company. The management encourages its employees to raise problems of any type in every forum and at any time, making improvements happen fast.
Overall, I can't think of too many, if any, reasons that would make one not want to work here.
Cons
I think the company can improve the way it communicates negative news, whether it's related to the employees themselves, news about the department changes, or position changes or terminations that affect the direct employee.
