      Pros

      Lots of career opportunities within the company. Very impressive technical sales and solution architect teams. Reliable, long standing company with consistency.

      Cons

      Not always the quickest to getting things done. Whether it be getting things done internally or working with new manufacturers, things could always be done a lot quicker. We're a sales company in a very competitive landscape...if we can't implement new strategies or work with new companies quickly, it's only putting us at a disadvantage.

      Pros

      Working hours 8:30-5:30. Great benefits including tuition reimbursement. Friendly, family like atmosphere. All departments work together and provide support to one another in an effort to get things accomplished. Excellent opportunities for advancement. Fortune 1000 company, publicly traded.

      Cons

      I am fairly new to the Connection family as I was part of the Softmart acquisition. I haven't found any con's as of yet, and am extremely grateful for the hard work put forth by upper management and executives resulting in an 87% retention rate of Softmart employees during the transition/acquisition.

      no current Pros as the company was acquired. Pros existed some 5 years ago, but that's about it.
