Wanna spend 50% of your day fixing CRM issues and being an Admin..?.Sales prevention 101 with their systems and a dated management team. Base salary is parked in the 90's.

Cons

Like all IT jobs, I think if a few users had a little more patience and understanding of the workload IT has, it would be a lot smoother. Everyone at some point thinks their problem is an emergency, and must be resolved on the spot. But hey its part of the job!
