Pros
Been at connection for around 3 months and I have been really enjoying my time here. 1. May depend on the department but I got a great manager which is probably why I am really enjoying my time here right from the start 2. I have had the opportunity to work with very smart and motivated people, which makes work more fun 3. Mostly, people here are nice and are trying to help 4. Pretty casual culture, the focus is on value add rather than anything else, flexible (WFH and stuff, no issues on that) 5. Work is very interesting, never a dull moment, company is focused on growth and improving current processes which has the right amount of challenge to learn new things and grow while making the process fun 6. The cafeteria makes some great foods (Pad Thai has been on point) + occasional ice cream trucks 7. Pretty standard benefits, good vacation and sick time though 8. Work-life balance
Cons
1. Tools and technology used are dated, could just be me, I have a low tolerance for slow tech 2. Siloed departments and business units, communication and cross-functional efforts seem to take time 3. Ice cream trucks have been just occasional :( need those more regularly
