Pros

Getting a manager who shows transparency and cares about you, providing the support you need to succeed in your role, makes the difference and counts a lot. At this point that I have made 3 months, I would say that Connection has many opportunities, and if you see yourself as a passionate person about IT, Cloud technologies, and lifelong learning, this is the right place for you. Also, Connection provides good benefits to employees.

Cons

The communication between areas needs some improvements.

Weekly lunches were decent Good community involvement

Cons

Too little engagement from management if you’re not one of their favorites. Punching a time clock like you work in a factory instead of an office. A $20 gift check for thanksgiving and no Christmas bonus, just a free lunch.
