Flexible workdays, base pay + commission, great coworkers, lots of training

Cons

The training should be timed better. There was so much back-to-back training in month 1 that it's difficult to remember how to do everything in month 2/3 when you actually need it. This puts a pause on both our workday and our trainers/managers workday.
