Pay was fair; fully remote

Cons

They won't tell you it's a support role until you're on the payroll. OCD leadership that runs the department like a middle school with all kinds of homework assignments that aren't client-facing. VP's are 22 year plus old-heads stuck in antiquated methodologies, but let field reps fail for 3-5 years before terminating them so go for the AE position ;)
