Excellent Training....very supportive atmosphere with great trainers, personnel and management. You will love your colleagues here! You can make very good money in commissions here if you work hard! Many various ways you are recognized verbally, in writing and monetarily in varied ways. Supportive HR and benefits

To start, This is not a paid review and I am in no way incentivized to write this. As I Close out my first month I am BEYOND Impressed. I have never had the Training, Work Life Freedom, Autonomy or Workplace satisfaction anywhere besides Connection. I've worked for many companies and Connection gives you all of the training and supports you with Management that actually cares and is qualified to help you. So happy I made the decision to come here over other options that I had available to me and I think I've found a place to stay a long time if not the rest of my career.

Cons

It's a slow start/grind which isn't for everyone. If you're the type of person that can thrive in this environment than you will be very successful. No cons that I can think of.
