      Low pay and unfair pay practices

      Pros

      The sales force is spectacular, and the business itself and what they offer is great for their customers.

      Cons

      Bad management and they seem to pay men more than women. The HR department is not on the side of the employee, they are not to be trusted.

      Connection continuously reviews our internal pay rates for our employees to ensure they are paid competitively and fairly. We recently completed a full pay equity analysis, and our final results indicate that we are paying our talent fairly and equitably without bias toward either gender.

      Caring teams all working together toward a common goal. Lot's of resources to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Building and atmosphere is a little old and tired looking. Could use some modernization to bring smiles back to the office.
