      Good benefits and mostly good people work here

      Cons

      It's more than just an outdated mentality and senior leadership focused on keeping their jobs. The company will not live up to the terms of your employment. I was hired as part of a new team in a fully remote position. Everyone is spread out across the country. I was informed that I will need to report to an office because I live within a 35 mile radius. None of my peers and no one I work with is impacted. I pointed out that my job was fully remote and was told it no longer applied

      Thank you for your feedback. Like many organizations, we continue to look to optimize collaboration among employees. Moving to a hybrid model will allow local employees to collaborate and still allow the flexibility of working from home on non-office days.
