      Pros

      This location is a very nice environment to work in. Lots of great vendors bring food most days of the week. People are treated fairly and told what metrics they need to hit in order to advance. In general, people are friendly around the office once you get to know them and say hello. Lots of different types of employees in the building - inside sales reps, sales managers, HR, recruiters, developers, help desk, Billing specialist, project managers and BDMs.

      Cons

      Probably the biggest complaint in the Schaumburg office would be the lack of contact with the mother ship in Merrimack, but other than that, this is a great location to work at and business gets done.

      The office exhibits a flurry of activity given the various business segments that call Schaumburg home. We are pleased to hear you find your colleagues friendly, the work environment pleasant, expectations clearly communicated and career pathing is evident. Trust that the mothership has a vested interest to nurture the satellite offices... together, we are a force to be reckoned. In 2018, we launched an internal communication newsletter and a social media platform to improve communication and share our accolades. We will share your suggestion regarding presenting opportunities to engage all parties within the fleet with the Schaumburg management team. We recognize the benefits that result when an employee has paid time away from work. As a result, Connection offers a generous earned time program and provides compensation for when an employee is out due to illness for themselves or a dependent.
