Pros

Nothing at this job was a pro.

Cons

Terrible technology, awful leadership and no care for workers. Terrible comp plan compared to market. No culture and no work life balance.

Pros

Immediate team members are amazing. Having a team helps with training and tips for the multiple hurdles we are facing, tons of opportunity to create your own success- so if you like working independently while also being on a team - it’s a great place. Typically this organization has shown appreciation and values hard workers- with good people who perhaps are not sales oriented but fine hard workers finding a new path within the organization. Networking opportunities are also in some cases forged. Honestly this place is normally great

Cons

Senior leadership right now and in the past year has been consistently shifting blame on numbers to sales while taking away perks and pay incentives, ability to track our numbers with a poor implementation of a new commission tracking software and ERP, hiring more sales without hiring more infrastructure which slows down our help needs, adds more and more meetings that are mandatory- all these added stresses on top of huge constraints in the industry and price changes by our vendors with no relief in goals is causing huge morale issues and many are leaving - however I do feel that at some point that senior leadership will at some point recognize their errors, hopefully apologize for their actions - because the shifting blame is at the root cause of the mass exodus out the door- if they stopped shifting the blame and took the responsibility much of the issues being faced by their sales force would be forgiven.

Pros

The Marlborough office has a sauna, that is about it. Other than that, not a great place to work

Cons

Low Base pay, terrible commission on sales, impossible to get clients, nobody likes each other, the office is darn and gloomy, outdated technology with systems that always crash and never work. Your base pay decreases as your tenure increases which makes absolutely no sense.
