We understand your comment regarding perks in the Sales organization as Sales organizations typically have some incentives geared towards driving new business and solidifying customer relationships etc. Please keep me in mind that Connection has many perks for all employees including some very attractive discounts on a variety of products and services. Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with our work environment, as well as our compensation and benefits packages. We understand your concern—and we share your enthusiasm for optimizing our processes and improving our business tools—which is why we’ve made significant investments in those strategic areas. Providing access to the right tools, resources, and training is one of our highest priorities. Our Executive Team has implemented a company-wide prioritization to align our IT strategy with our business strategy. As part of that initiative, we have completed the deployment of several new tools to different areas of the company. However, due to the segmented nature of these teams, the full impact of these improvements may not be visible across the entire organization. Many of your coworkers are hard at work integrating new systems and refining our business processes. As more of these in-flight projects reach completion, we hope you will see the full scope of the progress that has been made. In the meantime, your leadership team will strive to do a better job of illustrating and communicating these improvements to all employees.
