Pretty corporate but nice people and well organized.

Cons

Not as much room for growth as you would think with a company that size. Very lopsided toward sales.

Thank for your feedback on our positive work environment. As you stated the largest number of employees we hire are sales people however we recognize that it takes a collective effort for us to be successful and that includes non sales departments. We do regularly review our compensation packages and find them to be competitive.

Cons

Commission pay, not the most popular choice of income by most.

Thank for your favorable comments on our work environment, benefits and perks. Regarding commissions, our inside sales people have the opportunity to build and nurture a business with unlimited income possibilities, no travel, no weekends and limited overtime.

Pros

Good work/Life balance, good compensation. The work can be challenging, but you have to make it so. The company has some fun events for everything, HR works hard to keep things interesting with onsite/offsite parties, snacks, sporting events.

Cons

Lots of dead weight people doing very little. The company has a mix of professionals and non-professionals, all are treated the same, kind of like a high school mentality. The professionals do not need this.
