      Mostly a good place to be.

      Pros

      The company is doing well financially, there are a lot of fun events planned all year around. Leadership is conservative, environment is friendly, benefits are relatively good.

      Cons

      Cubicles are tiny, leadership is conservative and mostly unwilling to take big risks on spending to try to improve process and environment. Some Managers need to be reviewed just as the employees get reviewed annually.

      Thank you for the comments regarding the positive work environment and benefit offerings that exist at MoreDirect. The cubicles are standard size that one would find in most office environments. Our annual performance review process includes Managers; during this process we pay special attention to Directing/Leading/Motivating and Developing Staff, among other key areas, and we encourage all Managers to have regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with their direct reports. Our Company’s success has been built on making good choices on where to invest, and our charter is to drive higher-end technology solutions for our customers and prospects.

      I love the fast-paced environment. The culture is casual, yet hard working. They recognize potential and hire within.

      Cons

      Goals are not reasonable and often not attainable.

Regarding goals, the reseller business is very competitive, and our challenge is to continually grow organically by increasing our market share. We want challenging goals to bring out the best in our talented workforce, and feel the goals established are realistic and attainable.

      My team works together, and wants everyone to succeed. Lots of opportunity for advancement in a caring environment. I have been here a little less than a year, and can see why so many people have been here 5+ years!

      I can't think of any cons for this company. I sincerely love it here.
