      Pros

      What a wonderful, successful and steady growing company! I have been here a few months now and I am so happy I have joined this firm. Its so nice to be left to do your work w/out someone breathing down your back. So laid back, love the dress code. A lot of smart, educated, funny people work here. Management is amazing so far. The luncheons are great and the occasional snacks are thoughtful.

      Cons

      I think there could be more PTO. Wish the hours were different or at least different shifts.

And, we agree that we have some great Managers who know the importance of creating a work environment where employees can thrive. Regarding PTO, we have very competitive vacation and sick time benefits. We have access to surveys from other companies and many do not start new employees out with 3 weeks of vacation and 48 hours of sick time. Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us.

      Pros

      Great team, positive environment-management is open to ideas and can speak/express your thoughts freely, work life balance/ benefits and 401K kicks in after 30 days with company match. Stock options and quarterly bonuses. We really appreciate employees-monthly employee appreciation meetings and we throw fun corporate events. Provides tools to become successful.

      Cons

      Cold office, can take sometime for feedback on interviews with certain positions.

      Pretty Good

      Pros

      Good base salary, great training, (mostly) friendly co-workers, good atmosphere, lots of free lunches and free goodies from vendors.

      Cons

      One of the team managers is new, and the ego is easily bruised. Also seems insecure because does not like team members getting help from anyone else. Put us on the phones way too early. Make new AMs work old accounts that are long dead.

We concur that a good way to learn how to be successful in Sales is to learn from those who have already had success. Therefore, ego should never get in the way of us winning against our competition. Your Sales Manager’s success is also ensured by you having success. We certainly can look into this further.
