Pros

Loved working at PCC. From the Security guards greetings to events to steady income for my family. Great place to start a career. You will soon know what works, what doesn't work, and if you should move on.

Cons

Vendor training. Train and bang it out doesn't work. Favoritism Stinks! And stay out of the way if you're not a favorite. There is no I in TEAM. Sure there is...it's called do your job for the team! People that give 120% aren't recognized and are expected to give more.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we do care. Clairvoyance doesn’t make for sound decision making. In part, Connection utilizes forums such as Glassdoor to collect feedback from our employees. Additionally, as a means to afford interdepartmental transparency and encourage collaboration, we launched Connect and BuzzHive in 2018. These internal platforms engage and inform employees about current and future Connection developments. It is our belief that by working together and actively listening to one another, we can deploy additional resources and create meaningful strategies to realize our goals while we transform in this competitive landscape. As an example, you reference CRM enhancements were a critical need when you were of Connection employ. We continue to invest heartily to enrich Callback data to identify and nurture opportunities to drive account acquisition and retention. From the classroom to e-learning modules to partner forums, many avenues are exercised to deploy training to our sales and enablement resources. We’ll continue to utilize meaningful methods and venues for employees to consume information at it relates to their learning preferences. There is no room for favoritism at Connection. One need not to have exceptional achievement or service to be recognized for their contributions. In addition to department recognition initiatives, our Pride Wall affords quarterly recognition to employees across all departments and divisions. Our employees matter. Their contributions count. Working together is what drives our success.

Pros

The overall company feel is great. People you work with are very positive and sales driven. Great place to start your career.

Cons

Limited growth with in the Company. very little tune over at the top which is a positive but limits your career. Income is a little on the lower side for the role as well. The biggest concern is the aggressive non-compete clause. With so limited growth and the lack of the ability to leave to the channel or Manufacture to move forward in your career is a back challenge.
