Additionally, as a means to afford interdepartmental transparency and encourage collaboration, we launched Connect and BuzzHive in 2018. These internal platforms engage and inform employees about current and future Connection developments. It is our belief that by working together and actively listening to one another, we can deploy additional resources and create meaningful strategies to realize our goals while we transform in this competitive landscape. As an example, you reference CRM enhancements were a critical need when you were of Connection employ. We continue to invest heartily to enrich Callback data to identify and nurture opportunities to drive account acquisition and retention. From the classroom to e-learning modules to partner forums, many avenues are exercised to deploy training to our sales and enablement resources. We’ll continue to utilize meaningful methods and venues for employees to consume information at it relates to their learning preferences. There is no room for favoritism at Connection. One need not to have exceptional achievement or service to be recognized for their contributions. In addition to department recognition initiatives, our Pride Wall affords quarterly recognition to employees across all departments and divisions. Our employees matter. Their contributions count. Working together is what drives our success.
