Not a great place for diversity

Pros

There are a lot of great people at Connection and there are a lot of very positive attitudes. Work and life balance is the best I've ever seen. The work isn't hard because they don't demand crazy levels of production.

Cons

The leadership seems to be stuck in the past. There are two women in senior leadership positions, all but two or three of the men are white, and there are no LGBTQ people in leadership positions. Bonuses are sometimes set out of reach. I don't know if this is because management doesn't want to pay bonuses or if they don't have good understanding of what can be achieved.

Pros

the only Pro to working here is WFH

Cons

This place is an absolute nightmare to work in. The turnover rate is through the roof, with employees constantly in and out the door. If you miraculously survive for a few months, prepare to be suffocated by oppressive micromanagement that makes every workday a grueling ordeal. I dreaded every single day I had to set foot in this hellhole. The expectations are ridiculous and unattainable. Management is utterly unsupportive, and HR is nothing short of a laughable joke."

Pros

* Decent Pay * Amazing Coworkers

Cons

* Management has no idea what they're doing, they've never heard the phrase of "If it aint broke, don't fix it" * Management truly does not care about their employees, they treat staff like they're lesser people and forget they have lives outside of work hours * The company is constantly losing money due to bad investments and they blame the staff for their shortcomings * Favoritism is a huge issue, with management favoring specific employees in an inappropriate manner. Basically, if you have a good spot with management then you have job security due to them allowing specific employees to bend/break rules with no consequences, but if you aren't close to anyone with some form of power, you have little to no job security * Policies change like crazy, mostly for "appearances", but have nothing to do with improving production, in fact, this slows down employees work because of 1-2 members of management appear to have read "Management for Dummies" sometime in the 90's and have their mindset stuck in a time capsule, which is dangerous for a company based around technology evolving on a daily basis
