Where do I start?
Vagrant inappropriateness regularly in the office, lack of empathy for employees, and a total "boys club".
Once the executive team decides that you're "okay", they treat you way better than everyone else. That means a couple of things.
1 - If they don't like you, no matter how arbitrary of a reason, you will not succeed.
2- They will slowly push you out until you are either forced to quit or fired flat-out.
3 - If someone they "favor" does something inappropriate, or any other negative thing, they will not be fairly disciplined because they're "favored".
This has happened to SO many employees and friends of mine that I'm not surprised in the slightest that management will go to any lengths necessary to hire a bunch of people. (Including posting false employee reviews of the company.)
Oh yea, and if you're hired as a salesman, congrats! That means making 60+ phone calls a day, getting yelled at by their uneducated sales coaches/management if you don't make your metrics, and being constantly watched on when you clock in and when you clock out.
God forbid you have to attend a child's baseball game, are stuck in traffic, or have any other normal thing happen in your life that would cause you to be occasionally late/ have to leave early.
It is a cesspit of despair. Even if this post resonates with one prospective employee, I'll feel that my honesty was worth it.
PS: Connection’s responses to negative reviews are largely condescending misdirections and fabrications.
