      free lunch MAYBE once a month

      Cons

      pay is terrible, commission structure is terrible, people are boring, management is useless, impossible to find quality leads, office sucks. This is the epitome of a typical sales job where everybody is just getting by and hates there lives

      Good place to work, easy job

      Pros

      - Great work environment and team - A lot of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization - Flexible schedule in regards to working in and out the office - Salary and Quarterly/Annual bonus are decent

      Cons

      - The hours are from 9-6 and it is a little longer than I'm accustom to - They are only 7-8 observed holidays for the year - I feel like the company has a lot more potential but something is holding it back

Connection offers up to 10 paid company holidays which includes 2-3 floating holidays in addition to 3 weeks of vacation time, 8 hours volunteer and wellness time.       Great Sales Opportunity

      Pros

      I enjoy my team and my position with Connection. We have fun together, and we have contests to break up the day. Sales is a lot of the same tasks every day, so it's great to have some in-office fun. I've learned a lot about sales here, and I think the Sales Coaches really help the new New Account Managers do well in their roles. The pay increase in 2021 for Account Managers was a huge improvement. The role can be a grind, but it does pay off. Now that I am in year 2 and headed into year 3, I am doing really well. Just keep going and you'll get there, too. The benefits are good, too.

      Cons

      I feel like the company had some growing pains in 2020 and 2021, but overall we've made huge strides to make everything better from work-life balance to improving the internal systems. Sales can be a hard job with cold calling, and it's not for everyone, but the Account Manager role with Connection can really pay off if you put the work in.
