Vacation time and some of the people you will meet there are amazing people

Cons

Mass amounts of over time the configuration lab has been on overtime for about 7 months now with no end in sight. The pay isn’t the greatest either if your just a starting out technician or even a higher tech Understaffed for the amount of work being asked to be done

Training was great and beyond expectation in a good way! But to then be able to hit the ground running with the knowledge and with all the great support behind me it really showed my how great this company really is. Satisfaction increases steadily each month! You definitely get out of it what you put in! Has proved to be a very rewarding environment both professionally and financially.

Cons

Honestly I have no cons at this point. It seems as though if I did have one I would have the ability to express it to management and have it addressed.
