Thank you for your comments on the culture at Connection. We are glad to see that your experience here has been positive and that you enjoy your coworkers and management team. We do strive to keep a smaller company feel and it is why we have many long term employees. We do agree also that communication for remote employees can be sometimes challenging and as you state, we operate in a very competitive business.

Good people, fun environment, great vendors, lots of potential to earn decent money. Younger sales force, fun events. Great entry level sales opportunity.

Cons

60-70 call prospecting minimum/day. This will aid to your success and make you learn and get more comfortable . Cubicle environment.
