      Better than average PTO- thats it

      Just take a look at all the past negative reviews about this place-they are all true. Its a revolving door and you will be lucky to last 6 months. Truly a joke of a sales job There are lots of cons: there is no tech stack for a "tech" sales employee- you are using outdated methods and outdated leads. terrible base salary with little to no commission. you will be working a 20k deal and jump through hoops to make $150 in commission. only take this position if it is your last resort. You would probably make more money as a Manager at McDonalds

      Free food sometimes and swag items from vendors

      Everything else. This company and no one at it cares about you at all. They will degrade you, humiliate you and make you feel like absolute garbage about yourself and when you report it to HR the HR lady will call you crazy even if multiple people are reporting the same issues. It's best to just stay away from this company especially of your an Account Manager. The CEO is also concieted.

      Nothing. Be fat and sit tight and don’t talk.

      Cons

      You’re asked to be a sales rep but you have no visibility on your inside Sales Reps and they don’t cc you on quotes to your own accounts. Managers don’t care they are married to them. It’s a joke. If you’re a former teacher this is for you. If you have worked in sales your eyes will roll. Joke of a company especially when they talk about services. Bad leadership for sure.
