Pros

Best people and coworkers. Decent PTO and holidays. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

LOW comp, no career opportunities to advance. Engineers who stay here are mostly in their 50s and 60s and are ok with being underpaid. Younger engineers can't stand it here, the type of work bores them to death and they leave. So if you are rockstar - stay away. If you are slowly descending and have no ambitions - this is the place for you where you can retire.

You go through extensive training and are exposed to a wide variety of IT working for this solutions provider. For better or worse, you are exposed to the entirety of the sales cycle- from cold calling and earning business to ensuring that all products and services are delivered to your customer in a timely manner.

Cons

Management’s got stale ideas on how to connect with both employees and customers. Systems and physical environments are old and tired. When it snows - even if it’s bad out- you’re expected to come in and work a full day. I was once sent home last Just because I drove a wrangler. There is a high turnover rate here because of the low pay, sonthis negatively affects morale on a constant basis.
