Old school management mentality. We have a Quality department and a process engineer that does nothing to improve quality or process. They only cause stress and confusion in the tech lab. No one in the lab trust them or believes they are helping anything. The ceo of the company sent out a letter asking people who can do their job from home to do so. Yet local management is not allowing hourly employees who can do their job from home to do so. We are being told if we are scared or sick to use vacation time 1st and then our sick Time. So now we have employees who will be coming into work sick getting others sick or just plain scared. How are they to do the job that way. This is no way to empower your employees or show you care about the health and safety. You have employees talking about wanting a union because the pay is low, the stress is beyond high and nothing is ever done to correct it. They have lost faith is all management on the 2nd floor.. at this point we have more faith in our government than we do our job...
