Culture and people at Connection - Passion, Encouraging, Helpful, Driven, Compassionate, Teams have trust-based relationships, strive to help and guide each other to succeed. Finally found a place where I found home too bad it took 25 years!

PTO could be revamped, especially for new hires with year of experience No flexible hours offered during the summer(1/2 day Friday, off every other Friday) No bonus Health Insurance is ok...high deductibles
