Pros

Great annual kickoff at the beginning of year. Gets you excited about adding value to clients.

Cons

Diversity issue. They do not listen to employees. Good old boy system on the enterprise team. This weakened my morale and made me intimidated and less effective at producing

Significant planning occurs for our annual kickoff as we want to provide our employees and partners a robust overview of the tactical action plan that will be employed to achieve our goals. Often well attended and received, the breakout sessions create a stimulating learning environment that capitalize on the diverse talents of the participants. We believe we’ve built a corporate culture committed to excellence. Diversity provides a robust environment to create cohesive solutions while developing team momentum and harmony. We encourage open dialogue in the interest of achieving a mutual understanding whether through informal or formal means such as Glassdoor and employee surveys. In addition to providing positive reinforcement to achieve results, managers are encouraged to acknowledge employees’ contributions so they are aware of their importance to the organization. While you parted ways with Connection, we encourage any employee who has concerns about their experience to engage their Human Resources Business Partner so organizational harmony can continue to thrive.

Pros

The overall company feel is great. People you work with are very positive and sales driven. Great place to start your career.

Cons

Limited growth with in the Company. very little tune over at the top which is a positive but limits your career. Income is a little on the lower side for the role as well. The biggest concern is the aggressive non-compete clause. With so limited growth and the lack of the ability to leave to the channel or Manufacture to move forward in your career is a back challenge.

Pros

The people in the trenches doing the work outside of sales and definately outside of management are decent, hard working people who want to succeed.

Cons

The management at the mid and senior level, especially Lifecycle Services, are the worst I've ever experienced in any industry in over 30 years of working. Self promoting, non communicators with individual agendas. There is nowhere to be promoted to and salaries are at the bottom tier for the industry and especially the geographic area. If you are a crap employee you can get away with murder, if you are truly good and dedicated employee, you will be taken advantage of. Not worth your sanity to work here.
