There are zero pro's to working here.

Cons

The company is run so poorly, management has no clue what's going on most of the time and the way they speak to employees is extremely unprofessional. They onboard you at 40k salary plus commission but they never provide you with your comp structure even when asked. If you care about a serious sales, stay far away from this company.

Management leaves a lot to be desired, very disorganized, poor communication overall, outdated systems, disjointed systems, very very little training, low consistency with processes and tools.
