      upper level management support, vendor support

      Cons

      tools needed to get the job done are old and out dated. too many hoops to jump thru to get a deal done. if you're new to the company, be prepared to work the bottom of the barrel of accounts. management will also monitor everything you do without telling you, you'll just figure that out on your own.

      My manager is always easy to speak with, and my teammates are always eager to help. I appreciate all of the training as well.

      Cons

      Too many ins and outs to get a quote generated. Have to contact all these different resources to get something started then they forget about you or take weeks to respond. The process takes so incredibly long. Instead of point A to point B, it’s point A to G to V. Makes it so hard to do anything or your job. Unorganized. Complicated. All this work for so little commission.

      Alot of vacation time if you stay a long time.

      Cons

      No current sales and marketing software or tools that give you information on customers or to track marketing or sales. Therefore good old call as many people as you can and see if they will talk to you is the strategy. So 1990's.
