Pros
My shift was the easiest to be honest. There were stressful times (duh, IT, no way) and then not so much. Just like any job, you do what you can do to make it the best experience you can have. The benefits were amazing and when the days were good everyone was in the office, everything was in sync. There were more positive than negative approaches to this job and I would work here again.
Cons
Some instances of micro-managing and tension between management and team leads that did not make it down to me, I mean it did but the team leads did a great job of "should this go to the tech or should it not". I had some great leads and sups here who did not micromanage and listened to concerns.
