Pros

Insurance is A+. Family plan premium is roughly $50/paycheck maybe slightly less! Plus comes with a $2500 debit card to cover your deductible. Amazing. 401K - also fairly solid. 100% match up to 4%. I know some companies do you to 8%. But many offer a lot less. Vacation time is strong. (See cons as well). Flexibility in your schedule. (See cons as well). Got a doctors appointment? No problem. Need to take an afternoon for personal time? No problem! The people - everyone is pretty sharp and works hard. All in the boat together!

Cons

Pressure and work load - Lotsss of conference calls. Yes you’re able to work from home, but I swear there are multiple days a week it feels like you can NOT even get to your own kitchen for a glass of water or the bathroom!!! There were days it felt like you didn’t take more than 50 steps all day and feel so gross. - The Culture. This one is tricky. Everyone works VERY hard (see above comment), and everyone is nice to you. BUT, when every conference call starts with “omg the company is on fire. Omg what else could possibly go wrong this week. Wow it’s only Tuesday? It feels like i’ve worked an entire week already”. Man, those lines get OLD. It makes you stop and think. Is this right? Why does everyone feel like this? The worst is that just about everyone laughs it off and then dives back into their work. Rinse and repeat stressful weeks after stressful week. It shouldn’t be like that folks Vacation time - Sure you get it. But can you take it REALLY? No. Even if you go on vacation. Good luck enjoying it. You’re kind will Not be there and will be stressed out about how many emails you’ll have in your k box when you get back. That’s if you didn’t bring your work laptop with you so you’re basically working your entire vacation anyways.

Pros

Tried to make things fun by offering snacks, hosting a big Christmas party and having a very new, modern office environment. Flexible schedule

Cons

Growing faster than they can maintain. People are being placed into roles they’re not qualified for. My role was very stagnant, no room for growth. It was seemingly discouraged when I attempted to “climb the ladder”.

Pros

only pro is that we have worked from home since the pandemic started.

Cons

I have been here almost 3 yrs and only have recieved a .38 cent raise, I have applied to over 10 different positions and either have been completely ignored or told I need more experience. I have been a BV agent for over 10 years and posses a Bachelors in Healthcare Management. Management is unstable and I have had 4 manager within a year. Actively looking for a new position with a different company
