This company is horribly UNREASONABLE UNREALISTIC AND UNBELIEVABLE! The commission structure is built for you to FAIL so they don’t have to pay you. This company will consistently YELL at you and place pressure on your shoulders in NEGATIVE ways. Instead of building a work environment on teamwork- connectivity source builds a work environment on RESENTMENT and fear of not being paid. This company expects you to do 500% more than what you should be for the pay per hour. Connectivity will not recognize your achievements - they only notice where you fail and threaten to document/ write up EVERY failure- all without TEACHING YOU the proper way to fix your mistakes. You will NEVER progress/ make a career with a company like connectivity source. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE RUN AWAY.
