Pros

Decent benefits, great co-workers, Good pay if in right store.

Cons

Management is horrible. They do not care about employees. Turn over rate is worse than a call center. When i worked in the store as a Sales Representative my Assistant store manager would leave for 3 or 4 hours a day without clocking out while i was only with the company for 2 weeks (And still in training). Brought this to my district managers attention so he fixes the problem by promoting the Assistant manager to Manager. Problem solved! So now the Manager can leave whenever they please without any repercussions. Leaving somebody who is two weeks in and not done with training ALONE in a store is a horrible way to treat employees, and customers at that. Pay was also horrible. They state $15 an hour on their ad's. This is NOT the case. Most of the stores they own are super slow and have absolutely no customers coming in. The store i worked at was in a busy shopping center but got about 10 customers a week. Even if you sold everything you could to a customer you are extremely lucky to hit the 60% sales required to make any commission. If you are in a store with no traffic you will NOT hit commission. The company requires all employees to post ads on Craigslist and offer up because business is so slow. That is just pathetic that a company has to sink to those levels to attempt to bring in customers.

Pros

Great pay scale / management . Great advancement opportunities They like to have fun. They have monthly contests. Relaxed and motivated upper management.

Cons

They don't give you your last Commission check. When they are understaffed you have to work the hours to make up the difference

Connectivity Source Response

Thank you for the feedback! I hope to address two things. 1. Commission withholding for 180 days after employment is communicated in the Employee Handbook that all employees acknowledge upon being hired. This is the chargeback period that we are subject to if any of the transactions are cancelled. 2. As leaders, if we do not ensure our locations are staffed correctly, it falls on us to absorb some of the hours. We have multiple tools in place to assist with getting all locations staffed but not all managers use those resources correctly and are forced to be reactive. The only time commission would be forfeit is if targets are not met after the chargeback period or if there was some type of employee theft / fraud. If you have questions on what is going on with your commission, please reach out to our commission or HR department. We would love to clarify it for you. I hope this helps!

Pros

Tons of sales contests. Opportunities for growth has no bounds. CEO/VP and upper mgmt care about their employees. Hard work actually pays off.

Cons

Hours can be long, as this is a retail/sales job ... but if you're passionate about what you do, days tend to fly by.
