      None with ur time and does not pay enough

      Cons

      Don’t waste your time at this company. This company does not pay enough to have their employees. They have a high turnover rate also nobody wants to work for this company because they pay $12 an hour for their reps and store. Managers are on a salary every two weeks about 1500.

      High commission opportunities, challenging, that's it I got nothing else positive to say

      Cons

      Terrible management, they made it impossible to hit goals by adding so much additional busy work that they believe helps track numbers, but we already had better ways of doing that before. Super micro managing. They have a base pay raise structure based on how much revenue you bring in but cap you at far too low of an amount.

      Pros

      Great ppl to work with on the sales floor and nice customers. Could make some good connections w ppl and if you can some commission on the side. Also can make a career if that’s the route you want to go

      Cons

      Too much pressure to meet quotas & not even be worth the pay. Not the best work-life balance either
