      Great sales people Commission structure was mostly fair and depended a lot on you as an individual

      Cons

      Have commission decelerator if certain goals aren't met Company truly doesn't care about their employees Depends mostly on Store Manager for experience with almost no help from corporate - DMs too busy always putting out fires. Whole store got covid at same time and was told to come back to work while still infectious and sick

      This company is full of scammers

      Cons

      Horrible company too many politics . Worked for amtel and this company bought us out . Soon as it was bought they started replacing good managers w theirs . Main reason is their employees were accustomed to scamming customers and would comply doing that . They are bad and scam customers . There should be a lawsuit against them

      Upper management for the most part is a joke, demotivating, and totally all over the place. Below average pay for industry, commission is here or there based on so many different factors. Never off at any point in time realistically you run the buisness they run you into the ground. No work life balance, sometimes working 55+ hours, expected to be on calls on days off, even on PTO was receiving calls from upper management. They believe a pizza party is the fix to all issues. HR takes 0 responsibility when it comes to dealing with upper management and some of the things they get away with, seems your talking to a brick wall.
