      I would love to hear your feedback and understand your perception. We are here to help! We are very up front with how the bonus structure and pay works... if you perform well, you will make a lot of money. If you do not perform... you will not make money! So it all centers on your performance. If you do not achieve your floor target (which is usually 50% to Goal) then you will not be paid. Goal is based off how the store has performed over the last 122 months and is very straightforward. If you cannot do 50% of what the store has done over the last 12 months, you will not make the money you want! I would love to have an open dialogue about what you can control but your earning potential is in your hands more than it is in ours... just see the other responses on here. Sales are not for everyone and may not be a fit for you but we would love to help brainstorm on what you can do differently. Reach out to your DM and we would love to help!

      I want to address this statement - “there are really no pros in my opinion”. I believe this is more a reflection of how you are performing individually because there has never been a better time to work here and sell Sprint! I guess the opportunity to win amazing trips, a new car, or other awesome awards is not for you? We are currently giving away a Jeep Renegade! We just took 75 employees plus a guest to Cancun for all expenses paid trip! It was a blast!!!! Look at my Twitter for pictures @jcbrandenburger PTO? Pay increases based on performance? Growth opportunities if you perform well? Customized training program? None of that is a benefit to you either? So if you don’t like incentives, perks, or getting paid... why are you in sales exactly? There are so many reasons to be excited about work every day... as long as you perform well. If you are not performing well to qualify for any of these things, let us know and we will do our best to help! If you do not want to, this may not be the job for you.       Best Job I've EVER Had!!!!!

      Pros

      Great people to work with. I feel as though my manager and the managers above him really invest and care about me as a person, not just an employee. I went through a very in depth training program that taught me how to be successful in my new job but also helped me in my role outside of the job. I have never been with a company that I felt valued and appreciated until now.

      Cons

      It's retail so like always, the hours can be longer but that just means that you're busy with customers making money.
