Pros

Straight forward and honest company in my opinion. Plenty of money to be made if you are willing to put in the work. This is a sales job and I have noticed a lot of complaints from employee's about their hourly being low. In a commission centered job you cannot go to work and expect a high hourly check, all these reviews complaining about money and "sales goals" are too hard to hit are the ones who come in to work and sit on their phones all day and hope a customer comes in to buy things. In ANY sales environment you must be willing to put in the work and reap what you sow. I've made more in one commission check than Ive made in two months of work at my previous job. The goals are no where near as hard to hit as other companies I've worked for.

Cons

A bit unorganized but that's to come with every sales environment. Upper management is way too involved with the stores.

Pros

If you are in high school or at least 18 years of age this is a great start for you, especially if it's your first job. You will learn how to communicate with people, and there an entry-level top technology. Just to let you know the starting rate is 9$ an hour. After a year 10$ an hour.

Cons

Where do I even start, this company has very low wages and they say that their commission has no cap but you have to hit a certain amount of metrics which they switch consistently. It is hard to move up within the company it took me quite a while to move up to store manager. And I still get paid only 28,000 salary. I do not recommend the job if you have a family to support. The company basically has a training system where they kind of throw you out there. Sink or swim is the motto. They will constantly call you for every little thing, they micro manage a lot. We have conference calls every two days and meetings every Thursday night. Nothing ever gets fixed.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about this company. Do not believe it. We had one store with nearly 6 people, lets just say they all quit at the same time.

Cons

Constant change in commission structure to take money out your sales!!!!. Decelerators is a phrase they can use to take a whole 112 dollars out of your commission check and guess what they take it off if your store manager doesnt send back customers old phones. Thats just one exanple guys. This is a poor developed xomoany that is only money greedy and doesnt care what their employees think. Be aware that they will make you post on your social media EVERYDAY you work. They make you go out and flyer in the middle of the summer about twice a day if they have special events. They will write you up for anything.

Wireless Industry is an incredibly dynamic industry. Constant changes in technology creates an opportunity unlike any other for those that want to work hard for it. That environment is difficult for some people to keep up with. We have only had one store with that much turnover in the company, which was located in Houston and that was because the employees were not following our expectations at all - most notably going Above and Beyond for our customers. I know being held accountable is never easy for an employee but it was done to create a better experience and better results which would have greatly affected your commission check. As far as your operational complaints go, we give all details ahead of time with the hopes that you can correct it - at the end of the day though, you would have to correct it. The majority of our employees love that they have the time to make those changes. If you chose not to, or could not - then again you are held accountable. Hopefully you learn from this and face it the correct way so that you can be more successful going forward. If there are any other details that you would like to discuss please do not hesitate to reach out to our HR department.
