Pros

Great place for opportunity. You can move up quickly from within. There are lots of sales contests and opportunities to go on rewards trips like Cancun or Vegas.

Cons

You have to be on your game and meet operational expectations or your bonus could be affected. Other than that everything has been good.

Cons

I came on with the understanding I'd be salary you think ok cool you work 40 hours and leave. NO!!! After my training I'm told I must work at least 50-55 hours a week. This was a surprise to me because I was never told this. Then, being salary means you get no OT right. So I was good with that so I put in my 2 weeks. Got my final check today and it was $150. i got paid for 4 days even though I put in a 2 weeks but didn't get paid for that. When I call asking about my money the person in HR tells me you have to meet an hour requirement in order to get paid salary. Well then its not really salary is it. Its after 40 hours I'd be working for free. She then proceeded to tell me managers must work at least 45 hours to get salary then hung up on me. I'd never work here ever. Do not work here save yourself.

Pros

Very easy work, if you are good at sales you will have no issue hitting your quota

Cons

If you do hit your quota corporate will make any excuse to not pay!! Decelerators they say?? Pretty hard to get positive serveys when the sprint network sucks balls!!

Our preference is to always promote from within when people are ready. We celebrate and always try to grow internally first. Phoenix has a strong network and the survey is about their store experience. There are accelerators and decelerators that impact your pay based on how you take care of company assets and your customer experience. If you do those things well, it will affect your pay positively. The good news is we give you all the tools to do these things the right way. If you have any other feedback, please do not hesitate to get with our HR department. I hope this helps!
