Pros

Great place for opportunity. You can move up quickly from within. There are lots of sales contests and opportunities to go on rewards trips like Cancun or Vegas.

Cons

You have to be on your game and meet operational expectations or your bonus could be affected. Other than that everything has been good.

Great company to work for if you are hard working and want to be pro-active as well as earn amazing money. I have fellow co-worker that are willing to put in the work as sales reps making over 50k per year like myself, again AS A SALES REP.

Cons

It's not for everyone, because it is sales. Unfortunately a lot of today's working class are spoiled baby's that had everything handed to them in life, so they have horrible work ethics (not all their fault, more of their parents fault. Those are the ones that leave bad reviews on here. It's not the company, it is sales that they cannot handle. Disregard the negative reviews because they are not valid at all. I love this company and have done a lot of different work and none stack up against this amazing company, sorry I mean family, because that is what it feels like when you are one that is willing to put in the hard work that sales requires.

This company has done nothing but give me opportunities to make a better life for my family and myself, helped me to elevate myself in the company, and have given me the ability to make as much money as i want. Connectivity Source cares about their employees and goes above and beyond for us. From sales reps up to the VP and Owner of the company i have experienced true professionalism and teamwork throughout the ranks. Its the first time I've worked somewhere where they company has taken an interest in all its employees and their personal and professional success. They are great ambassadors of the Sprint brand and take pride in how they conduct business.

Cons

So far in my career with Connectivity Source i haven't run into anything i would say was a con in working for them.
