Pros

Great place to work and learn the wireless business. Connectivity source provides all its employees with plenty of training and resources to become very good at their jobs and make a very good income and commission.

Cons

I would like if we had more capability like the corporate stores do

I started off being extremely overwhelmed because they had so many expectations. But after taking the time to learn the phones, accessories and plans, it became very easy. I had a great team that taught me everything I know. Great sales tactics and stuff I can see myself utilizing in the future. I Absoultlty love this job.

Cons

The cons would be the difficult customers we have to deal with sometimes.. It can be extremely stressful. Just always have to try your best to help and you'll be fine. Afterall, that's all you can do.
