      Pros

      I love my job! This is the first company I have worked for that really cares about their employees and rewards hard work. They also love promoting from with in. I started as a sales representative and am now a store manager. There is a lot of room for growthgrowth in this company!

      For me personally, I have no cons as for the job goes.

      Pros

      We are a very close knit team in the corporate office. Feels like family. Scott is a wonderful boss - very kind and generous. Lots of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Since we are so close, the gossip can be annoying. Also, lack of direct constructive criticism. Micromanaging can sometimes be a problem.
