I may also be misreading things but your Pro is not a Pro... that means why did you like working here... if you were a top performer, you would say things like "amazing award trips. We are going to Cabo this year!" Or... "Great contests - they gave away a brand new car!" Or... "Amazing growth potential if you perform and competitive benefits and pay!". Also... "and don't pay them"... I promised myself I would not tease about the grammar... Seriously though, If you have an issue with a commission check, let us know and we will explain it. We are always here to help!

Hands down the worst company

Pros

It's hard to put a pro. The only thing I can think of is I made a friend.

Cons

Where do I start. You better like doing drugs and getting high if you plan on working here. Drugs run rampant through this entire company. From management getting high, to associates getting high and selling drugs, to customers calling and telling me that the whole store smells like weed. I've never in my life worked for a company that cared so little about their employees. They will take your commission check and give you some BS excuse as to why they won't give it to you. Payroll continuously made errors and left numbers off your paycheck $100 was turned into $10. The commission structure is constantly changing, for the worst. Health insurance is a joke there. This entire company is a complete disaster. I'm amazed I made it as long as I did.

Obviously we have a zero tolerance on drug use but I am confused why if this is true - why wouldn't you escalate it through all of the channels you had within the company but instead post it on here? If there was an employee review site, I would probably post that you let these things happen to our employees and customers and did not take action. We take these accusations incredibly seriously but apparently it was ok with you. The commission plan has changed 3 times in 2 years but only slightly. The only changes are accelerators and decelerators as the business prioritizes different behaviors and metrics. If you have a commission issue, we are here to help. I will say 9 times out of 10 issues with commission are due to the employee not selling anything. If you sell 1 New Act, 1 Upgrade, 1 Tablet, and decent accessories / day YOU WILL EARN MORE THAN $1,200 in COMMISSION! Commission is earned, not paid simply for showing up.

Poor Values, Don’t fulfill on promises

Pros

Working for Sprint was great for the years I gave them and building outside relationships with local businesses. I opened 3 stores 2 we’re successful in the marketing campaign that I did one was obviously not due to upper management.

Cons

Company has poor values Even though they say they have great values and will only focus their efforts on top gross stores but with new stores they say they will help the store and market the store but really they want you just to post on social media. They promote within the company to others that don’t have the strongest knowledge in the industry. 45 hours a week is 5 hours too much compared to other companies. Upper management wasn’t always available due to conflict of interest with the job Even though technically they were supposed to be on the clock. Training is just bad, The company will invest very little effort into training but expect high results back.
