Good benefits after 90 Days, you have a chance to make some good money if you can sell, sell, sel . Managers and District managers are friendly they usually won't lie to yo . As a manager you get a one week vacation as manager u also get to kind of leave throughout the day to do "errands" well at least you can say they are.

Cons

Company seems out of order. Someone that isn't per say your boss can still have you fired just because they are on a better pay scale. Employees are sometimes good but then most of the time your short handed. They expect you just to stay without asking of someone doesn't show up. The DM's act like your manager instead of your managers manager. if they want to let you go they'll find Any reason. You have a relentless amount of task sometimes the managers and DMs and SMs will hound you when your with a customer. It really makes you want to quit most of the Time.

Accommodating to a personal life. Most people are friendly. Extra goodies from time to time.

Cons

No PTO or Holiday pay after multiple years of employment. No raises or mention of a raise after multiple years of employment. Feedback is only given negatively, no reward for good work. No clear understanding of job duties, position outlines.
