They don’t care about you

Pros

Okay pay. Good discounts on service.

Cons

Poor insurance benefits. No work/life balance. I’d be over an hour away on my off day and have to come in. You get written up for ridiculous reasons. Upper management plays favoritism.

Good pay but overworked.

Pros

The pay, employee discounts, contest.

Cons

Constantly over worked. They add more work to the managers every month. I worked about 55 hours a week but only paid for 45 of them due to the salary structure. There is also always the fear of being terminated due to performance. Consecutive months is understandable but when you have 1 bad month they really hammer down on you.

Pros

I havent seen any .

Cons

So my experience working here has been nothing short of hell on earth, If I could give negative stars I would! They are incredibly understaffed and now I understand why. The turnover rate is high because of how they treat employees. They encourage manipulation and lies to get what they want. They do not care about their customers or employees at all!! Dms tell you to lie to customers to boost sales and say you will get written up if you don't. They tell you if you don't sell a certain amount you will get written up (which I'm sure is not allowed) and try to make you force customers to buy things. They tear you down with threats of punishment instead of motivating you to sell (atleast where i worked). It has been the worst job experience I have ever had. The main issue is the drop in pay, when you get hired they "claim" you sign an offer that states that you agree after 2 months they can drop your pay by atleast 2 dollars because it was only there while you weren't making commission which is false. I have talked to other employees and they said they've had the same pay decrease which they never agreed to. They won't fix your pay and only try to cover their butts and lie but expect you to go above and beyond for your job. They tell you that you are in charge of advertising and setting up social media posts to bring people in and if you arent getting customers it is completely your fault (apparently marketing is part of the job). These are just SOME of the issues with this company. You have to work every Friday and Saturday no exceptions. So if you value your sanity and having a life outside of this job DO NOT COME HERE.
