Amazing support structure. -Back office -trainings -facilities issues -tools Everything is available to us Compensation- fantastic commission structure at all levels. If you work hard as well as be willing to learn and take feedback, you can earn an incredible living. Trips- as if earning huge commission checks wasn’t enough? The CS champions event is amazing. Whether you’re in Cancun or Cabo, 4 days all expense paid, surrounded by the best of the best in CS! No company I have ever worked for previously could throw a better party! Cars- it’s not fast and furious, it’s a Dodge Challenger. To my knowledge CS has done three prior car raffles for one lucky top performer. This year it’s a Dodge Challenger! That isn’t something you see anywhere else! Working in retail is not always easy, that goes for CS as well. But if you’re willing to work hard, be a positive team member, listen to feedback in order to better yourself, you can accomplish anything. If you want it, the growth is always there.

Cons

Wireless is always changing. And as a dealer, adapting to that change Is even more crucial. You have to be flexible, observant and willing to be open to change at all times.

Cons

Zero work/life balance. Leadership is too top heavy. Development stops at the DM level and leadership is not grown from within anymore. Outside top hires convolute better culture.
